I had taken ground beef out for dinner but I couldn't think of what to make with it, so I threw this together and it was a big hit, my husband wants me to include it in our dinner rotation that we do with friends after church on Sundays.

This can also be cooked in a crock pot, just add all ingredients to crock pot and cook on low for 4 hours. You can brown the meat first or just allow it to cook in the crock. Enjoy.
