I had taken ground beef out for dinner but I couldn't think of what to make with it, so I threw this together and it was a big hit, my husband wants me to include it in our dinner rotation that we do with friends after church on Sundays.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 clove minced garlic, or 1 tbsp powder
- 1 medium onion, chopped or 2 tbsp powder
- 1 lg can tomatoes, whole or crushed
- 1 can carrots, sliced
- 1/2 can peas, drained
- 1/2 can corn, drained
- - salt to taste
- - pepper to taste
- 6 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 2 - cubes, beef bullion
How To Make burger soup

Step 1Brown ground beef, add garlic and onion, let simmer.

Step 2In a separate pot combine, can of tomatoes, 2 beef bullion cubes, water, corn, peas, and carrots, add salt and pepper to taste. Cook vegetable soup for about 15 minutes on medium heat.

Step 3Add ground beef to your vegetable soup after it has cooked for 15 minutes, then add ketchup and mustard, stir and let simmer for 1 hour. Serve alone or over rice or egg noodles.

Step 4This can also be cooked in a crock pot, just add all ingredients to crock pot and cook on low for 4 hours. You can brown the meat first or just allow it to cook in the crock. Enjoy.
