Ingredients

5 slicebrisket cooked, i used smoked leftover brisket
-
1 lbground beef 80/20
-
1sleeve ritz crackers, bacon flavor
-
2eggs, slightly beaten
-
1/4 tsppepper
-
1/2 tspeach salt, garlic powder, ground cumin
-
1/4 cketchup
-
1/2 conion, diced
-
1 mediumbell pepper, diced
-
FOR GLAZE:
-
1/2 cketchup
-
1 Tbspbrown sugar
-
1 tspworcestershire sauce
How to Make Brisket Meatloaf
- If you aren't going to cook with roasted veggies place 2 slices of thin sandwich bread in the bottom of 9x5 loaf pan and place meatloaf mixture and press into pan. This will soak up any grease - remove bread and discard prior to serving.
