This one dish recipe is very simple that will be a crowd pleaser!

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds beef sirloin steak, boneless cubed
  • 1 can consumme
  • 3/4 cup red wine
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 clove garllc minced
  • 1 - onion diced

How To Make braised sirloin tip

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 350. Cube Sirloin into 1" pieces.
  • Step 2
    In skillet heat oil and brown the meat.
  • Step 3
    When the meat is brown add the rest of the ingredients and heat to boiling. Transfer into a casserole dish and bake covered 2 hours.
  • Step 4
    In the last 15 minutes of cooking mix 2 Tablespoons of cornstarch with 1/4 cup of water and pour over top. Sauce will thicken.
  • Step 5
    I serve this with rice or twice baked potatoes.
