Blonde Sloppy Joes

Cassie *

I named this sandwich for it's goldish color. The sandwich is a nice, tasty twist to the regular sloppy Joe. Anyone I have served this too loved it...and asks for the recipe. It's very versatile...add other goodies if you so desire. This is how I made it today...

This can also be kept warm, until serving on low in your crock pot.

How to Make Blonde Sloppy Joes

  1. Brown ground beef, garlic, onion and peppers in a skillet in oil, until beef is no longer pink and veggies are soft. Add salt and pepper. Drain if needed. Mine was lean, was no need to drain.
  2. In a bowl, mix the soup, ketchup and mustard.
  3. Mix this into the burger. Stir well to combine.
  4. Simmer until heated well throughout.
  5. Time to serve on toasted buns.
