blonde sloppy joes
I named this sandwich for it's goldish color. The sandwich is a nice, tasty twist to the regular sloppy Joe. Anyone I have served this too loved it...and asks for the recipe. It's very versatile...add other goodies if you so desire. This is how I made it today... This can also be kept warm, until serving on low in your crock pot. My photos

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 small red or green bell pepper, diced
- 1 - sweet onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 - 10 cans cream of chicken soup - undiluted
- 3 1/2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 1/2 tablespoons mustard
- - salt and pepper
- toasted - buns for serving
How To Make blonde sloppy joes

Step 1Brown ground beef, garlic, onion and peppers in a skillet in oil, until beef is no longer pink and veggies are soft. Add salt and pepper. Drain if needed. Mine was lean, was no need to drain.

Step 2In a bowl, mix the soup, ketchup and mustard.

Step 3Mix this into the burger. Stir well to combine.

Step 4Simmer until heated well throughout.

Step 5Time to serve on toasted buns.
