    ground chili beef
  • 1 c
    chili powder, hot
  • 1 c
    chili powder
  • 3/4 c
    paprika
  • 1/2 c
    cumino
  • 1/4 c
    garlic powder
  • 1/4 c
    salt
  • 1/8 c
    crushed red chili pepper
  • 1 lb
    beef suet, ground
  • 3 qt
    water
  • 1/4 dash(es)
    sugar

  1. In a very large (restaurant) stock pot add the suet and cook until crispy. Add the meat and seasonings to the fat and cook for 2 hours. Stir occasionally
