It's been years since I've eaten a Big Mac™ hamburger. Here's our taco version! ;) If desired, you can shape the ground hamburger into little "baby burgers" and either pan fry or bake. Includes a simplified, homemade recipe for the Special Sauce, too. All ingredient amounts are estimated as are the servings. ¡Viva Takos Tuesday!

  • 4 teaspoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1/2 tablespoon sugar
  • pinch salt
  • 2 tablespoons water or milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • - grated cheddar cheese
  • - bread and butter pickles

How To Make big mac tacos

  • Step 1
Prepare the Special Sauce, cover and refrigerate until ready to eat.
  • Step 2
Heat up the oil in a pan and cook the ground meat until no longer pink. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce and the garlic powder the final few minutes of browning.
  • Step 3
Place about scant 1/4 cup of the browned meat in each taco shell. Add a spoonful of the Special Sauce then garnish with the Big Mac toppings.
