Slow Cooker Crock Pot

    stewing beef
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 2 stalk(s)
    celery, chopped
  • 2 large
    carrots, chopped
  • 1 lb
    potatoes, chopped
  • 2 clove
    garlic, chopped
  • 2
    bay leaves
  • 1 Tbsp
    parsley, dried
  • 1 c
    dark beer
  • 1 c
    beef stock
  • 1 can(s)
    diced tomatoes with green chilis
  • 2 tsp
  • 1 tsp

How to Make Beer & Beef Slow-Cooker Stew


  1. Season beef with salt & pepper. Place all ingredients in large freezer bag except beer and beef stock.
  2. Place stew mixture in crockpot, add beer and beef stock and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
