beef tips and brown gravy
I make this all the time at home, and my family always go nuts over it! it is one of my moms personal favorites, and very easy to make. I hope you enjoy a recipe that was built and nurtured in my family!

Ingredients
- 2 pounds sirloin stew meat, cut small
- 11/2 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1/2 tablespoon seasoning salt
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- - 1 carton beef broth
- 1 tablespoon worsteshire sauce
- 1 tablespoon maggi seasoning sauce
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- - salt to taste
- - pepper to taste
How To Make beef tips and brown gravy

Step 1heat olive oil in a medium to large frying pan, add garlic, and allow to roast for about a minute.

Step 2add stew meat, along with seasoning salt, and a bit of black pepper, sear until just pink in the middle

Step 3add flour to meat and oil, stir to make a roux. allow to heat for a moment.

Step 4add beef broth a little at a time, allow to thicken between additions.

Step 5once sauce is built (it will take more or less the whole carton) add worstechire sauce and maggi sauce.

Step 6salt and pepper to taste, and allow to thicken.

Step 7serve over egg noodles, mashed cauliflour, rice, or mashed potatoes.
