- 2 pounds ground beef, browned
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, chopped
- 1 - green pepper, diced
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 2 - French bread loaves
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make beef stroganoff sandwiches

Step 1Mix together your first 7 ingredients and sautée until browned.

Step 3Cut bread loaves in half lengthwise and butter.
