1In a stove top pan, sauté beef, garlic and onion for 10 minutes in 1 tablespoon olive oil. Set aside
2In another pan mix stir fry (water if it calls for it on packet), broth, Worcestershire, and soy sauce. Bring to a quick boil then lower heat and add beef mixture, vegetables. Cook for 15 minutes on med. heat.
3while mixture is cooking add 1 tbs. water to cornstarch mixture in a small bowl, then add to pan. Mix slowly. Cook about 7 more minutes. Then it is ready to pour over rice!
