beef stir fry
This is the quick version and heavier than the typical stir fry. My husband does not like stir fry but actually requests this one from me.

Ingredients
- 1 package stir fry mix
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon fresh garlic
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- 1 bag frozen veggies or fresh equal to
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3/4 pound top round sliced thinly or up to 1 lb.
- 1/2 cup onion sliced thinly stringy
How To Make beef stir fry

Step 1In a stove top pan, sauté beef, garlic and onion for 10 minutes in 1 tablespoon olive oil. Set aside

Step 2In another pan mix stir fry (water if it calls for it on packet), broth, Worcestershire, and soy sauce. Bring to a quick boil then lower heat and add beef mixture, vegetables. Cook for 15 minutes on med. heat.

Step 3while mixture is cooking add 1 tbs. water to cornstarch mixture in a small bowl, then add to pan. Mix slowly. Cook about 7 more minutes. Then it is ready to pour over rice!
