Ingredients
- 2-4 pounds beef chuck stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper, or to taste
- 3 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 - bay leaves
- 6 small potatoes, quartered
- 2-3 - onions, chopped
- 3 stalks celery, sliced
How To Make beef stew

Step 1Season the meat with salt and pepper. Dredge in the flour and place in a crock-pot.

Step 2Add the remaining ingredients and stir them well.

Step 3Cover the pot and cook until the meat is tender, 8-10 hours on low, or on high for 5-6 hours. Stir and serve.
