  • 1 lb
    beef stew meat
  • 1 can(s)
    tomatoes, canned italian-style and diced
  • 1 small
  • 1/4 c
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 1 bag(s)
    egg noodles
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 tsp
  • pinch
    salt and pepper

How to Make beef paprikash


  1. Heat oil in a frying pan. Add flour,paprika, pepper and salt in a zip-lock bag, add beef and coat with flour mixture. Add meat mixture to the oil and brown. After browning add diced tomatoes and onions. cook for a few minutes add cream of mushroom soup add remaining flour mix or flour if it needs to thicken. Simmer on low 15-20 minutes. Boil egg noodles for 8 minutes or so drain. Add sour cream to the meat mixture at the end of heating it up. Add more paprika to your liking. Serve over noodles.
