Ingredients
- 1 pound beef stew meat
- 1 can tomatoes, canned italian-style and diced
- 1 small onion
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 bag egg noodles
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- pinch salt and pepper
How To Make beef paprikash

Step 1Heat oil in a frying pan. Add flour,paprika, pepper and salt in a zip-lock bag, add beef and coat with flour mixture. Add meat mixture to the oil and brown. After browning add diced tomatoes and onions. cook for a few minutes add cream of mushroom soup add remaining flour mix or flour if it needs to thicken. Simmer on low 15-20 minutes. Boil egg noodles for 8 minutes or so drain. Add sour cream to the meat mixture at the end of heating it up. Add more paprika to your liking. Serve over noodles.
