beef or venison stew
My daughter and I made this up together. We love making our own recipes and adding seasonings until it tastes good to us. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Of course you could adjust all the seasonings until it tastes good to you.

Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients
- 1 - 2 pounds venison or beef roast cut into bite sized chunks
- 1 small onion, diced
- 8 - baby carrots, cut into bite sized pieces
- 6 - 8 large potatoes, peeled and cut into bite size pieces
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 8 cups water
- 8 - beef bouillon, cubes
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash pepper
How To Make beef or venison stew

Step 1Put everything in the crock pot except the flour, salt, pepper and 1 1/4 cups water.

Step 2Cook in crock pot on high 4 - 6 hours, until the meat and vegetables are cooked thoroughly.

Step 3Mix together the flour and water. Use a fork or wire whisk to mix til there are no lumps.

Step 4Remove lid to crock pot and stir as you pour in the flour mixture.

Step 5Put lid back on and cook another 20 - 30 minutes.

Step 6Now you can dish it up into bowls then salt and pepper to taste.
