I HAVE NO MEMORY OF WHERE/HOW I GOT THIS RECIPE. ALL I WILL SAY IS THIS: IT IS EASY & AWESOME! *EVEN MY FRIENDS WHO CLAIM THEY "CAN'T STAND MIRACLE WHIP" GOBBLE IT UP! LOL.

Ingredients
- 1# - ground chuck, cooked & drained.
- 1 bottle 12 oz. chunky salsa (the "heat" & brand is your choice),
- 1 cup frozen corn, thawed.
- 3/4 cup miracle whip
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 cups crushed tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded cojack cheese
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 1/2 cups diced tomato
- 1 - add 1 dollop sour cream to top off each serving

Step 1COOK & DRAIN GROUND CHUCK. NOW IS A GOOD TIME TO THAW THE FROZEN CORN.

Step 2MIX TOGETHER THE FOLLOWING: CHUNKY SALSA, THAWED CORN, MIRACLE WHIP & CHILI POWDER.

Step 3STIR THE COOKED & DRAINED CHUCK INTO THE ABOVE MIXTURE. SPRAY A 2 QT. CASSEROLE WITH PAM. PUT 1/2 OF THE MIXTURE INTO THE 2 QT. CASSEROLE. TOP WITH ONLY 1 CUP CRUSHED TORTILLA CHIPS & ONLY 1 CUP SHREDDED COJACK. REPEAT LAYERS.

Step 4BAKE @ 350 DEGREES FOR 20-30 MINUTES. I SERVE THIS TOPPED WITH SHREDDED LETTUCE, DICED TOMATO & SOUR CREAM.
