I HAVE NO MEMORY OF WHERE/HOW I GOT THIS RECIPE. ALL I WILL SAY IS THIS: IT IS EASY & AWESOME! *EVEN MY FRIENDS WHO CLAIM THEY "CAN'T STAND MIRACLE WHIP" GOBBLE IT UP! LOL.

Ingredients For beef nacho casserole

1#ground chuck, cooked & drained.

1 bottle12 oz. chunky salsa (the "heat" & brand is your choice),

1 cfrozen corn, thawed.

3/4 cmiracle whip

1 Tbspchili powder
-
2 ccrushed tortilla chips

2 cshredded cojack cheese
-
2 cshredded lettuce
-
1 1/2 cdiced tomato
-
1add 1 dollop sour cream to top off each serving
How To Make beef nacho casserole

1COOK & DRAIN GROUND CHUCK. NOW IS A GOOD TIME TO THAW THE FROZEN CORN.

2MIX TOGETHER THE FOLLOWING: CHUNKY SALSA, THAWED CORN, MIRACLE WHIP & CHILI POWDER.

3STIR THE COOKED & DRAINED CHUCK INTO THE ABOVE MIXTURE. SPRAY A 2 QT. CASSEROLE WITH PAM. PUT 1/2 OF THE MIXTURE INTO THE 2 QT. CASSEROLE. TOP WITH ONLY 1 CUP CRUSHED TORTILLA CHIPS & ONLY 1 CUP SHREDDED COJACK. REPEAT LAYERS.

4BAKE @ 350 DEGREES FOR 20-30 MINUTES. I SERVE THIS TOPPED WITH SHREDDED LETTUCE, DICED TOMATO & SOUR CREAM.
