Ingredients
- 1 pound beef, cut into bite size pieces
- 1-2 tablespoon flour
- 1 large onion, coarsely chopped
- - salt and pepper
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 can diced tomatoes, with chilis, undrained
- 1 can black beans, drained, rinced
- 1 can red kidney beans, undrained
- 1 package chili seasoning
- 1 cup water
How To Make beef chili

Step 1In a dutch oven heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil . Salt and pepper beef and toss with flour. Add to pot and brown beef all over. Add onions, garlic and tomato paste. Stir and cook for a few minutes.

Step 2Add water, diced tomatoes, black beans, kidney beans, and chili seasoning. Bring to a boil and lower heat. Slow simmer until beef and beans are tender. The longer the better.
