Ingredients

  • 450 grams hokkien noodles
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 500 grams beef stir - fry strips
  • 1 large red capsicum,cut to strips
  • 1 large brown or red onion,cut to thin wedges
  • 200 grams fresh snow peas
  • 260 grams black bean stir -fry sauce
  • 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves

How To Make beef,black bean and noodle stir- fry

  • Step 1
    The hokkien noodles separates as directed on a packed. Heat 2 teaspoon oil in a large deep fry pan over high heat.Stir- fry beef in 3 batches,adding 2 teaspoons oil to each batch,for 3 minutes or until browned.Transfer to a plate.
  • Step 2
    Heat remaining oil in the same frying pan,add capsicum,onion and peas.Cook for 3 minutes.Add beef,noodles and sauce.Toss to combine and heat through.Taste and see,if anything need to be added.( salt,black pepper etc...) Top with coriander leaves.
