Heat 2 teaspoon oil in a large deep fry pan over high heat.Stir- fry beef in 3 batches,adding 2 teaspoons oil to each batch,for 3 minutes or until browned.Transfer to a plate.
2Heat remaining oil in the same frying pan,add capsicum,onion and peas.Cook for 3 minutes.Add beef,noodles and sauce.Toss to combine and heat through.Taste and see,if anything need to be added.( salt,black pepper etc...)
Top with coriander leaves.
