Ingredients
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- 1 tablespoon dry sherry
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 pound stir-fry beef
- 2 tablespoons peanut oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 20 - snow peas, strings removed
- 1 can waterchesnuts
- HOT COOKED RICE
How To Make beef and snow peas

Step 1Mix first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Add meat; stir to coat; marinate 15 minutes.

Step 2Heat oil in an uncovered wok over medium high heat or 400 degrees in electric wok. Add meat and stir-fry 2-3 minutes.

Step 3add 1/2 cup water and salt and stir until thickened.

Step 4Add snow peas and waterchesnuts and stir-fry 1 minute. Serve immediately over hot cooked rice.
