Ingredients

  • 1/4 c
    soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    corn starch
  • 1 Tbsp
    dry sherry
  • 1 tsp
    sugar
  • 1 lb
    stir-fry beef
  • 2 Tbsp
    peanut oil
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 20
    snow peas, strings removed
  • 1 can(s)
    waterchesnuts
  • HOT COOKED RICE

How to Make Beef and Snow Peas

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Add meat; stir to coat; marinate 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in an uncovered wok over medium high heat or 400 degrees in electric wok. Add meat and stir-fry 2-3 minutes.
  3. add 1/2 cup water and salt and stir until thickened.
  4. Add snow peas and waterchesnuts and stir-fry 1 minute. Serve immediately over hot cooked rice.
