peanut oil

How to Make Beef and Snow Peas

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Add meat; stir to coat; marinate 15 minutes.
  • 2Heat oil in an uncovered wok over medium high heat or 400 degrees in electric wok. Add meat and stir-fry 2-3 minutes.
  • 3add 1/2 cup water and salt and stir until thickened.
  • 4Add snow peas and waterchesnuts and stir-fry 1 minute. Serve immediately over hot cooked rice.
