Beef and Green Bean Casserole

1 lbground beef
1/2 cchopped onions
6-8 ozfresh sliced mushrooms
16 ozfrozen green beans, thawed
8 ozsharp shredded cheese
2 tspbeef flavored soup base or bouillon
1/2 cboiling water
·salt and pepper to taste
How to Make Beef and Green Bean Casserole
- Preheat oven to 350*. In a large skillet, brown beef, onions & mushrooms in butter. Drain.
- In small bowl combine beef soup base (or bouillon if using) into ½ cup boiling water stirring until dissolved. Add to beef & mushrooms.
- Stir in frozen green beans & cook on medium heat for about 5 mins. or until contents are heated through. Salt & pepper to taste .
- Pour into greased shallow baking pan, sprinkle cheese over top. Bake, uncovered in a 350* oven for 30 minutes until bubbly and brown.
