Beef and Green Bean Casserole
fresh sliced mushrooms
frozen green beans, thawed
sharp shredded cheese
beef flavored soup base or bouillon
How to Make Beef and Green Bean Casserole
1Preheat oven to 350*. In a large skillet, brown beef, onions & mushrooms in butter. Drain.
2In small bowl combine beef soup base (or bouillon if using) into ½ cup boiling water stirring until dissolved. Add to beef & mushrooms.
3Stir in frozen green beans & cook on medium heat for about 5 mins. or until contents are heated through. Salt & pepper to taste .
4Pour into greased shallow baking pan, sprinkle cheese over top. Bake, uncovered in a 350* oven for 30 minutes until bubbly and brown.
