pepper

How to Make BEEF AND GRAVY

Step-by-Step

  • 1SAUTE ONION IN SKILLET IN BUTTER UNTIL BROWN. PLACE ONION IN SLOW COOKER, BUT RESERVE DRIPPINGS.
  • 2BROWN MEAT IN SKILLET IN DRIPPINGS. ADD MEAT TO SLOW COOKER, AGAIN RESERVING DRIPPINGS.
  • 3COMBINE SALT, PEPPER, WATER, BOUILLON AND FLOUR. ADD TO MEAT DRIPPINGS. COOK UNTIL THICKENED. POUR OVER MEAT.
  • 4COVER, COOK ON LOW 6-8 HOURS. SERVE OVER NOODLES.
