Slow Cooker Crock Pot


  • 2 lb
    lean ground beef
  • 2
    eggs, beaten
  • 1 pkg
    onion soup mix
  • 1 c
    plain, dry bread crumbs
  • 1 small
    onion, grated
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 c
  • 1 bottle
    of your favorite barbecue sauce

How to Make Barbecued Meat Balls


  1. Mix together meat, egg, milk, soup mix, onions, garlic, parsley, and bread crumbs.
  2. Shape into bite-sized meat balls and place on a cookie sheet. Brown meat balls for 15 minutes in a 350 degree oven; drain grease.
  3. Put meat balls into crock pot and pour your favorite barbecue sauce over the top. Cook on low for 3-4 hours.
