Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 to 2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 2 - eggs, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 cup plain, dry bread crumbs
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 bottle of your favorite barbecue sauce

How To Make barbecued meat balls

  • Step 1
    Mix together meat, egg, milk, soup mix, onions, garlic, parsley, and bread crumbs.
  • Step 2
    Shape into bite-sized meat balls and place on a cookie sheet. Brown meat balls for 15 minutes in a 350 degree oven; drain grease.
  • Step 3
    Put meat balls into crock pot and pour your favorite barbecue sauce over the top. Cook on low for 3-4 hours.
