Ingredients
- 5 pounds beef brisket
- 1 tablespoon garlic salt
- 1 tablespoon onion salt
- 1 tablespoon celery salt
- 2 tablespoons liquid smoke flavoring
- BAR-B-Q SAUCE
- 1 1/2 cups retained juice
- 1 cup bar-b-que sauce
- 1/2 cup pancake syrup
How To Make bar-b-q brisket

Step 1Rub both sides of meat with garlic salt, onion salt, celery salt, and liquid smoke. Adjust quantities to taste. Place meat fat side up in baking pan and cover with foil. Refrigerate overnight.

Step 2Bake in oven at 250 degrees for about 6 hours, until fork tender. Retain 1 and 1/2 cups of juice and drain the rest. Remove fat from meat and slice.

Step 3Combine saved juice with bar-b-que sauce and pancake syrup and pour over meat. Reutrn to 250 degree oven for about 30-40 minutes uncovered. Serve with sauce from pan.
