Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef, chicken or turkey
- 2 cloves garlic, finely diced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
- - salt/pepper
- 1 - egg, slightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
- 4 ounces goat cheese
How To Make balls filled with goat cheese in marinara sauce

Step 1combine all ingredients well in a bowl.

Step 2take a spoon, scoop and make a ball....with your thumb make a "well" in the middle of each one a put a little bit of the goat cheese, pinch closed and make sure you re- roll the ball.

Step 3place on a cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for about 20 mins...then gently nestled them in your favorite marinara sauce and let simmer another 20 mins...be gentle, the cheese will ooze out...YUMMY
