    ground beef, chicken or turkey
  • 2 clove
    garlic, finely diced
  • 1 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1 Tbsp
    parsley, finely chopped
  • ·

    egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1/4 c
    panko bread crumbs
  • 4 oz
    goat cheese

How to Make Balls filled with Goat cheese in Marinara Sauce


  1. combine all ingredients well in a bowl.
  2. take a spoon, scoop and make a ball....with your thumb make a "well" in the middle of each one a put a little bit of the goat cheese, pinch closed and make sure you re- roll the ball.
  3. place on a cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for about 20 mins...then gently nestled them in your favorite marinara sauce and let simmer another 20 gentle, the cheese will ooze out...YUMMY
