Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

  • 1 can(s)
    golden mushroom soup
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup, fat-free
  • 1 can(s)
    beef consomme
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 can(s)
    water
  • 1-2
    london broil ( any size)
  • ·
    kosher salt and fresh pepper to taste to prep beef

How to Make Amazing Roast Beef And Gravy In A Crockpot

Step-by-Step

  1. Brown beef on all
    Sides after salt and pepper
  2. Mix in bowl all three soups adding garlic powder mixing well
  3. Place sauce into crockpot
  4. Put beef on top
    Of the sauce
  5. Put lid on crockpot
    Cook on LOW 6 hours
  6. Thicken gravy make paste of unsalted butter and two Tbsps of flour
    Mix well
    Together,
    Add to gravy after turning off crockpot and stir in well.
  7. Slice and serve over mashed potatoes or noodles
    ( carrot can be added about one hour before meat is done)
