Ingredients

  • 1 can(s)
    (8 oz) tomato sauce, divided
  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 medium
    onion, chopped
  • 1 c
    fresh bread crumbs
  • 1/3 c
    a-1 steak sauce
  • 2
    eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground black pepper

How to Make A-1 MEATLOAF

Step-by-Step

  1. RESERVE 1/2 CAN TOMATO SAUCE
  2. MIX REMAINING 1/2 CAN TOMATO SAUCE, BEEF, ONION, BREAD CRUMBS, STEAK SAUCE, EGGS AND PEPPER; MIX WELL. PRESS MIXTUE INTO 9 X 5 INCH PAN.
  3. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 50 MINUTES; POU OFF FAT. TOP WITH RESERVED TOMATO SAUCE; BAKE 10 MINUTES MORE. MAKES 8 SERVINGS
