    stew beef
  • 1/2 c
    red wine
  • 1 lg
    can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 can
    beef broth
  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 6-8 md
    potatoes
  • 3
    carrots, scraped and sliced
  • 1 pinch
    thyme
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped, fresh parsley
  • 3 md
    onions, chunked
  • 3 Tbsp
    tapioca
  • 1/2 pkg
    frozen english peas

How To Make 5-hour beef stew

    Put all ingredients except for frozen peas in slow cooker and cook on high for 5 hours.

    Add in frozen peas in the last 10-15 minutes of cooking.
