Slow Cooker Crock Pot


  • 3 lb
    stew beef
  • 1/2 c
    red wine
  • 1 large
    can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 can(s)
    beef broth
  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 6-8 medium
  • 3
    carrots, scraped and sliced
  • 1 pinch
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped, fresh parsley
  • 3 medium
    onions, chunked
  • 3 Tbsp
  • 1/2 pkg
    frozen english peas

How to Make 5-Hour Beef Stew


  1. Put all ingredients except for frozen peas in slow cooker and cook on high for 5 hours.
  2. Add in frozen peas in the last 10-15 minutes of cooking.
