Ingredients
- 3/4 pound zucchini, grated
- 1 - onion, minced
- 3 - slices of bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 5 - eggs, lightly beaten
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make zucchini, bacon and cheese casserole

Step 1Cook bacon and set aside.

Step 2Mix zucchini and onion together in a large bowl.

Step 3Gently stir in the remaining ingredients

Step 4Turn into 10 x 8 greased baking dish. Bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes.
