Ingredients
- 1 package dry yeast
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1.25 cups warm water
- 3.25 cups all purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- TOPPING INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 12 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 pound ground beef, browned
- 1/4 pound italian sausage, mild
- 1/4 pound pork sausage, mild
- 1/2 cup pepperoni, diced
- 1/2 cup canadian bacon, diced
- 1/2 cup ham, diced
- 1/4 pound mushrooms, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 - green bell pepper, sliced
- 2 ounces parmesan cheese, grated

Step 1For dough, sprinkle yeast and sugar into warm water in small bowl.

Step 2Let stand until foamy, about 5 minutes.

Step 3Mix flour, oil and salt in a large bowl.

Step 4Make a well in the center and add yeast mixture.

Step 5Stir to form a soft dough, adding more flour if necessary.

Step 6Turn onto a floured board and knead until dough is supple and elastic, 7 to 10 minutes.

Step 7Transfer to a large bowl, cover and let rise in a warm spot until dough has doubled, about 1 hour.

Step 8Punch down.

Step 9Roll dough to a 15-inch circle.

Step 10Transfer to an oiled 14-inch pizza pan, folding the excess over to make a small rim.

Step 11Spread with pizza sauce.

Step 12Sprinkle with all but a handful of the mozzarella cheese.

Step 13Sprinkle with meats (cooked) and vegetables.

Step 14Top with remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese.

Step 16Heat oven to 475 degrees.

Step 17Bake pizza until crust is golden, about 25 minutes.
