Ingredients For ultimate garlic bread
- ROASTED GARLIC:

2 bulbsgarlic
-
2 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin
- GARLIC BUTTER:
-
2 stickbutter, unsalted, room temperature

2 Tbspparmesan cheese
-
1 1/2 tspgarlic powder
-
1 1/2 tspitalian seasoning
-
1 1/2 tspparsley
-
1/2 tspred pepper flakes
- TOMATO BASIL SALSA:
-
1/4 colive oil, extra virgin
-
6 clovegarlic, minced
-
4 mdroma tomatoes, diced
-
3 Tbspbasil, fresh, cut into strips
-
1/2 tspsea salt
-
1/2 tsppepper
- BREAD:
-
1 loafsourdough bread, cut in 1/2 lengthwise

4 ozsun dried tomatoes, oil packed, chopped
-
2 Tbspparmesan cheese
-
2 cmozzarella cheese, shredded
How To Make ultimate garlic bread

1ROASTED GARLIC: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Slice off tops of garlic bulbs & drizzle each with 1 tbsp olive oil. Wrap in foil & bake for 1 hour. When done, unwrap foil & cool completely. Once cooled, squeeze cloves from skin. Set aside.

2Meanwhile, prepare garlic butter...in a medium bowl, combine butter, parmesan, minced garlic, italian seasoning, parsley & red pepper flakes; mix well. Refrigerate.

3TOMATO BASIL SALSA: In a medium saute pan over medium heat, combine oil & garlic. Cook until lightly browned, 2 minutes. Add tomatoes & heat through. Stir in basil, salt & pepper & remove from heat.

4Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

5Combine roasted garlic, tomato basil salsa, sun dried tomatoes & parmesan cheese; mix well to combine. Set aside.

6Spread garlic butter over bread. Bake 20 minutes or until browned.

7Top bread with garlic/tomato mixture. Spread evenly with mozzarella cheese & bake 2 more minutes or until cheese is melted. Slice into pieces & serve.
