Ingredients
- 1 cup fontina cheese, grated
- 1/3 cup pecorino romano cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 3 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon basil, dried
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 loaf - italian bread, halved lengthwise
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
- 2 tablespoons parsley
How To Make triple cheese garlic bread

Step 1Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Line rimmed baking sheet with foil.

Step 2In a bowl, combine all cheeses, garlic powder, basil & pepper; toss well to combine.

Step 3Place bread, cut side up on pan. Brush each 1/2 with oil. Dividing evenly, sprinkle with cheese mixture. Bake until cheese is melted & bread is lightly toasted, 10 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley & cut into pieces to serve.
