Ingredients
- 3 quarts water
- 11/2 tablespoons chicken bouillon granules
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
- 6 - russet potatoes, scrubbed and cubed
- 2 bunches fresh kale, chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 pints heavy whipping cream
- 2 pounds italian sausage, hot
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
How To Make toscana soup

Step 1Scrub and cut potatoes.

Step 2Add potatoes, water, bouillon, onions, and seasoning to pot.

Step 3Add chopped kale and sausage.

Step 4Stir in cream. Add pepper flakes. Let simmer at low-medium heat for about an hour.
