Ingredients
- 1 - frozen pie crust
- 2 medium tomatoes sliced thin
- 1 tablespoon basil, dried or fresh
- 1/2 small onion diced fine
- 1 clove garlic finely chopped
- pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
How To Make tomato pie

Step 1slice tomatoes,rinse and set on paper towel.

Step 2cook pie crust until almost done and get out of oven. put a layer of tomatoes on pie crust. add half of the onion, pinch of salt and pepper and basil. add 1/4 of your cheese and put another layer of tomatoes.

Step 3mix your mayo,cheese,salt,pepper,basil,onion and garlic together in a bowl and spoon mixture over the top of the pie. cover the whole pie with mixture. bake in oven for about 25mins on 375.
