This is soooooo good. Of course, you can personalize with pepperoni slices, marinara (instead of butter), any cheese variety, olives, mushrooms... whatever you like!!!

Ingredients

  • 1 large
    french bread loaf
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter, softened
  • 2 c
    monterey jack cheese with jalapeno peppers, shredded
  • 1 can(s)
    anchovies in olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    italian seasoning

How to Make tj's Easy Homemade Pizza

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Slice loaf in half, lengthwise. Spread each half with 1 T butter.
  2. Spread with cheese. Arrange sliced anchovies as desired. Drizzle oil over top. Sprinkle each "pizza" with 1 T Italian seasoning.
  3. On foil lined cookie sheet, arrange "pizza." Bake 10-15 minutes, until cheese is melted. Crust will be crunchy. Served sliced into 4s! Enjoy with Ranch dressing dipping sause!!!
