Ingredients
- 6 - green bell peppers
- 26 ounces tomato sauce (hunt's or delmonte canned sauce preferred)
- 3 tablespoons mrs dash tomato, basil, and garlic seasoning
- 1 1/2 cups minute brown rice, uncooked
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 2 - eggs
- 3/4 cup italian bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
How To Make stuffed peppers

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.. Use a 13X9" baking dish. Combine in a bowl beef, rice, seasoning, eggs, and bread crumbs. Line the bottom of the dish with sauce.

Step 2Stuff mixture in peppers and place in dish. Add sauce on top or with mixture. Top peppers and sauce with cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes or until peppers are tender.
