Ingredients
- 1 package refrigerated pizza dough, like pillsbury
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, i used reduced fat
- 1 cup pepperoni slices
- 1 - 12 oz jar roasted red peppers, drained, cut into strips
- 1 cup baby spinach leaves
- - garlic powder
- - marinara sauce for dipping
How To Make stuffed pepperoni sandwiches

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Lightly spray a lg baking sheet w/ cooking spray. Unroll pizza dough onto baking sheet. Sprinkle w/ cheese.

Step 2Layer w/ pepperoni slices, red peppers and spinach. Sprinkle w/ garlic powder. Roll up dough, jelly roll style.Fold ends under. Lightly spray w/ cooking spray.

Step 3Bake 30 mins, or until golden. Serve w/ warmed marinara sauce for dipping.
