Ingredients
- 2 packages frozen bread dough, thawed
- 1/4 pound ham, cooked and thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup pepperoni, diced
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup green bell pepper, diced
- 14 ounces mozzarella, slices
- 1/4 pound bologna, sliced
- 1/4 pound hard salami, sliced
- 1/4 pound swiss cheese, sliced
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 14 ounces pizza sauce
How To Make stromboli

Step 1Let dough rise in a warm place until doubled in bulk.

Step 2Punch down.

Step 3Roll loaves together into one 15x12 rectangle.

Step 4Layer ham and pepperoni on half of the dough lengthwise.

Step 5Sprinkle with onion and green pepper.

Step 6Top with 1/4 cup pizza sauce.

Step 7Layer mozzarella, bologna, salami and Swiss cheese over sauce; sprinkle with basil, oregano, garlic powder and pepper.

Step 8Spread another 1/4 cup pizza sauce on top.

Step 9Fold plain half of dough over filling and seal edges well.

Step 10Place on a greased 15x10x1 baking pan.

Step 11Bake at 375 for 30 to 35 minutes, or until golden brown.

Step 12Brush with butter.

Step 13Heat remaining pizza sauce and serve with sliced stromboli.
