I have made this so many times I don't even need to drag out the recipe anymore. When my son was little he gave this pizza recipe the nickname of "Chunky Butt Pizza " because it gets so big in the oven when it raises with the crust as you will see if you try this recipe.

How to Make Stir and Roll Pizza


  1. Measure 2 c. flour and dump into mixing bowl,add baking powder,milk and oil.
  2. Stir all together with a fork or by hand for about 5 minutes until mixed together good.
  3. Put dough on a oiled 12" pizza pan and spread out with your hands to the edge of the pan . Now put on your sauce and whatever other ingredients you want on your pizza such as cooked meats, olives , cheese ... etc. and pop in the oven for 20 minutes @ 425 degrees and you are good to go. The dough raises as the pizza bakes in the oven.
