pizza crust (boboli or mama mary's)

8oz ricotta cheese

10oz pkg frozen chopped spinach
1 tsp
oregano, dried
1
fresh garlic clove, minced
1
8oz bag of shredded mozzarella cheese
4 Tbsp
fresh parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp
olive oil
2
plum tomatoes

How to Make Spinach Ricotta Pizza

Step-by-Step

  • 1Thaw and squeeze out spinach. Mix with ricotta cheese, oregano, 4 oz mozzarella cheese, and the Parmesan cheese. Crush the clove with a garlic press and add to spinach mixture. Brush the pizza crust with olive oil and place on a pizza pan. Spread spinach mixture on top and sprinkle remaining mozzarella cheese on top. Slice tomatoes very thin and lay on top. Add the Parmesan cheese all over top.
  • 2Bake at 425F for 15 minutes or until cheese is turning golden brown in spots.
