Step 1Cook spaghetti as pkg. direct. Put 1/4 cup of the bacon fat into a large skillet. Add onions. Sauté 3 minutes

Step 2Add bacon, tomatoes and wine. Break up bacon. Season with salt and pepper. Remember that bacon is salty

Step 3Simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes. Pour sauce over spaghetti; sprinkle with cheese.
