1/2 cup pine nuts
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup ricotta cheese, low-fat

How To Make spaghetti w/creamy ricotta pesto

Step 1

Cook angelhair pasta noodles,reserve 1 cup pasta water, drain

Step 2

Make pkg pesto using pasta water and rest of directions on packet. Mix with noodles add ricotta, parm cheese and pinenuts
