If you love spaghetti, you will love this dish. Sometimes I top it off with shredded parmesan instead of mozzarella. Add salad, garlic bread and a glass of wine..Delizioso!

Ingredients
- 6 ounces spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 pound italian sausage
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 6 - roma tomatoes, chopped
- 6 ounces tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
How To Make spaghetti pie

Step 1Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain, should have about 3 cups. Stir butter into hot spaghetti. Stir in parmesan cheese and eggs. Form spaghetti mixture into a "crust" in a buttered 10 inch pie plate. Spread ricotta cheese over bottom spaghetti crust.

Step 2In skillet, cook sausage and onion till meat is browned. Drain off fat. Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, oregano and garlic salt; heat through. Turn meat mixture into spaghetti crust. Bake, uncovered, in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese atop. Bake 5 minutes longer or till cheese melts.
