1Saute onion with butter (in stock pot) until tender. Chop garlic cloves and marinate in Olive oil then set aside for 15 mins.
2Next add the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, and water to pot. Stir briefly. Add salt/pepper, sugar, fresh basil and parsley, fresh garlic, parmesan cheese, and bay leaves to sauce then mix well. You can add more olive oil/butter to your liking. (Optional)
3Finally add frozen chicken wings carefully to the sauce. Simmer together for 2-3 hours. Taste test sauce after 1-2 hours to add more seasonings to your liking. If it's too bitter add more sugar. (It also helps to cut down on the acidity). Finally serve sauce over spaghetti noodles, then add chicken on top. (You can eat chicken wings by themselves or shred into the spaghetti). It just depends on your liking. FYI - It is very messy, but it's well worth it!! Enjoy =)
