skillet zucchini pizza
(1 RATING)
This is a dish that I've prepared for my family for over 20 years and they still love it every time as if it is the first time they've tasted it. Everybody I've made it for loves it and begs for more.

How To Make skillet zucchini pizza
-
Step 1Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add zucchini slices, pepperoni, mushrooms, onions, green peppers. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook 10 minutes or until pepperoni and vegetables start to soften, stirring frequently (so nothing sticks or scorches).
-
Step 2Turn heat to low and cover ingredients with mozzarella then pour tomato sauce over cheese until all is covered. Let simmer 20 minutes or until cheese is completely melted.
-
Step 3Serve immediately with warm garlic bread.
