Simple Manicotti. Took the cheese sauce usually made for my lasagna and stuffed the shells. That simple.

Ingredients

  • 15 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, fat-free
  • 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
  • 2 - eggs
  • 10 - spinach leaves, diced
  • 4 - mancotti shells
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce

How To Make simple manicotti

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Boil Water for shells. Spread 1/2 cup of spaghetti sauce on bottom of 11x7 casserole pan.
  • Step 2
    Combine rest of ingredients in a bowl. Pour mixture into Zip-lock bag. Only cook shells for 1/2 the time recommended on package. They will finish cooking in the oven.
  • Step 3
    Once shells done and cooled, cut off a corner and use it to fill the manicotti. Place in pan. Cover with Spaghetti Sauce, add more Mozzarella over shells and bake for 35 minutes.
