I always love going out to Red Lobster and always have to have Scampi. So I developed my own version and hope you enjoy it as much as I do. Of course serve it over linguini. Yum.

Ingredients
- 1-2 lb. medium raw shrimp
- 1/2 cup butter, cold
- 1/4-1/2 cup fresh parsley
- 1/4-1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3-4 cloves garlic
How To Make shrimp scampi ala paula

Step 1Melt butter in small pan

Step 2Add crushed garlic to butter saute' till fragrant (careful not to burn)

Step 3Pour butter and garlic over peeled, deveined and rinsed shrimp, that are in your 9"X13" baking dish, add remaining ingredients

Step 4Bake @ 350 F for 20-30 minutes Stir 1/2 way through baking time

Step 5Enjoy over linguini or whatever pasta you prefer
