Shrimp Scampi ala Paula

I always love going out to Red Lobster and always have to have Scampi. So I developed my own version and hope you enjoy it as much as I do. Of course serve it over linguini. Yum.

serves 4-6

  • 1-2 lb. md
    raw shrimp
  • 1/2 c
    butter, cold
  • 1/4-1/2 c
    fresh parsley
  • 1/4-1/2 c
    dry white wine
  • 1/4 c
    olive oil
  • 3-4 clove

How To Make

  • 1
    Melt butter in small pan
  • 2
    Add crushed garlic to butter saute' till fragrant (careful not to burn)
  • 3
    Pour butter and garlic over peeled, deveined and rinsed shrimp, that are in your 9"X13" baking dish, add remaining ingredients
  • 4
    Bake @ 350 F for 20-30 minutes Stir 1/2 way through baking time
  • 5
    Enjoy over linguini or whatever pasta you prefer
