I always love going out to Red Lobster and always have to have Scampi. So I developed my own version and hope you enjoy it as much as I do. Of course serve it over linguini. Yum.

dry white wine
How To Make
Melt butter in small pan
Add crushed garlic to butter saute' till fragrant (careful not to burn)
Pour butter and garlic over peeled, deveined and rinsed shrimp,
that are in your 9"X13" baking dish, add remaining ingredients
Bake @ 350 F for 20-30 minutes
Stir 1/2 way through baking time
Enjoy over linguini or whatever pasta you prefer
