sheri's garlic cheese bread
This cheese bread is by far the best thing you will ever have. No matter how many times I've made it, I can't keep enough of it left for my leftovers. Absolutely wonderful. You can serve with any type of dish but I mainly have it for my Italian dinners. Sheri is my Aunt who gave this recipe to me years ago and I can't thank her enough!

Step 1Combine all ingredients in a bowl - except the bread. Stir and add more mayonnaise if needed. You just want enough to hold it all together.
-
Step 2Slice each roll in half. Place on cookie sheet and spread at least a rounded tablespoon of cheese mixture on each half.
-
Step 3Place under the broiler until brown.
-
Step 4Serve warm with your dinner or salad. Note - this bread is so good, we eat it cold out of the refrigerator as well!
