Sheri's Garlic Cheese Bread

Denise McShea

This cheese bread is by far the best thing you will ever have. No matter how many times I've made it, I can't keep enough of it left for my leftovers. Absolutely wonderful. You can serve with any type of dish but I mainly have it for my Italian dinners. Sheri is my Aunt who gave this recipe to me years ago and I can't thank her enough!

How to Make Sheri's Garlic Cheese Bread

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl - except the bread. Stir and add more mayonnaise if needed. You just want enough to hold it all together.
  2. Slice each roll in half. Place on cookie sheet and spread at least a rounded tablespoon of cheese mixture on each half.
  3. Place under the broiler until brown.
  4. Serve warm with your dinner or salad.

Note - this bread is so good, we eat it cold out of the refrigerator as well!
