Ingredients
- 1 - sliced white onion
- 2 - cloves of garlic chopped with parsley and basilic
- 500 grams tomato pulp
- 4 - porck or beef sausages
- - some chili il you like
How To Make sausages in tomato sauce

Step 1Pour some olive oil in a saucepan and fry slightly: sliced onion, garlic and herbs chopped for 3 minutes, add sausages and let them fry a little bit. Add tomato pulp and chili, if you like, and cook eveything for about 20 minutes, light fire.

Step 2When the tomato sauce is well reduced and sausages well cooked, serve hot with Risotto alla Milanese! My family and friends love it!
