How to Make Sausages in tomato sauce
- Pour some olive oil in a saucepan and fry slightly: sliced onion, garlic and herbs chopped for 3 minutes, add sausages and let them fry a little bit.
Add tomato pulp and chili, if you like, and cook eveything for about 20 minutes, light fire. - When the tomato sauce is well reduced and sausages well cooked, serve hot with Risotto alla Milanese!
