Pour some olive oil in a saucepan and fry slightly: sliced onion, garlic and herbs chopped for 3 minutes, add sausages and let them fry a little bit.
Add tomato pulp and chili, if you like, and cook eveything for about 20 minutes, light fire.
When the tomato sauce is well reduced and sausages well cooked, serve hot with Risotto alla Milanese!
