sausage and bean soup
I found a sausage soup online a while back. It was bland so I made some changes to it to suit my families taste. It has become one of our favorite soups when it is cold out. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 pound mild italian sausage
- 1 pound hot italian sausage
- 4 large carrots sliced
- 3 medium zucchini sliced and cut in half
- 1 large onion
- 3 cans northern beans do not drain liquid ( regular size cans
- 4 cans beef broth (regular size cans)
- 2 cans italian stewed tomatoes (regular size cans)
- 1 pound spinach
- 4 ounces whole wheat rotini noodles
- - garlic powder
- - salt
How To Make sausage and bean soup

Step 1season mild and hot italian sausage with garlic powder and brown.

Step 2add sliced carrots,tomatoes,broth,beans,zucchini,and onion. let simmer until vegetables are soft.

Step 3meanwhile cook rotini in seperate pot.

Step 4when vegetables are cooked and soft add rotini and spinach and cook until spinach is cooked which should only take a few minutes. add salt and pepper to taste.

Step 5serve hot with warm dinner rolls. Enjoy!
