Ingredients

1 pound sausage
1 medium onion, chopped
1 package sliced pepperoni
1 jar (14oz) pizza sauce
1 1/4 cups grated mozzarella cheese
1 cup biscuit mix
1 cup milk
2 - eggs,lightly beaten

How To Make sausage pepperoni casserole

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Step 2

In a frying pan, brown sasuage and onion together until sausage is done.Drain any excess grease then stir in pepperoni. Spread meat mixture into a greased 8x8-inch pan. Pour sauce evenly over meat. Sprinkle cheese over sauce.
Step 3

In a separate bowl,mix biscuit mix,milk,and eggs together. Pour batter evenly over meat mixture and sauce. Bake,uncovered,25 mins or until golden brown. Makes 4-6 servings.
