How to Make Sausage Calzone
- Round out dough as for a large pizza.
- Fry sausage meat until brown. Spread sausage on flattened dough.
- Grate mozzarella over dough then slice pepperoni very thin and spread over dough evenly.
- Fold dough from one end to the middle, then other end to middle. Permit to overlap. Seal the open ends. Place on greased pan. Bake at 325 degrees for one hour oruntil golden brown.
