How to Make Sausage Calzone
- 1Round out dough as for a large pizza.
- 2Fry sausage meat until brown. Spread sausage on flattened dough.
- 3Grate mozzarella over dough then slice pepperoni very thin and spread over dough evenly.
- 4Fold dough from one end to the middle, then other end to middle. Permit to overlap. Seal the open ends. Place on greased pan. Bake at 325 degrees for one hour oruntil golden brown.
