Ingredients

  • 1 - puff pastry sheet
  • 2 - zucchini
  • 1 - mozzarella cheese
  • - salt
  • - oil

How To Make rustic pie with zucchini

  • Step 1
    Roll out the pastry on a baking sheet and cut the zucchini into thin slices.
  • Step 2
    Arrange the slices on the pastry and flavor with salt, oil and oregano. Put little pieces of a mozzarella cheese on that.
  • Step 3
    Put into the oven for about 20 min at 200°. (Please be pity on me, it's the first time I write a recipe in English!!!)
